Chicken with Mango sauce

Today we present you a delicious chicken with mango sauce


  • Baking chicken
  • 1/2 cup of vinegar
  • 500g eSfruta mango pulp
  • 1/2 cup of red pepper
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. minced ginger
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • For the sauce, pour all the ingredients into a saucepan over medium heat.
  • When boiling, reduce heat.
  • Cook for 35 minutes until it has the consistency of a marmalade.
  • Serve with the chicken
